Suzanne Weiss

Suzanne brings to Roy Farmer Associates/Carleton Group a deep commitment to the service of both Sellers and Buyers. With nine years in the real estate business and having bought, renovated, and sold several of her own properties, she brings a wealth of experience to the agency.

Her creative skills, honed from decades of work as an arts administrator, bring an extra lift to her marketing of properties, the art on the office walls (!) and to her relationships with clients and friends. Years of non-profit management and volunteer work in the arts and in education, including the recent creation of an education foundation for area schools, have uniquely prepared her for understanding the needs and desires of her clients. Her travels with choral groups from her alma mater, Mount Holyoke College, have given her great joy, yet she is always happy to come home to our beloved Maine.

Raising three sons, the “three Weiss men”, tripled Suzanne’s humor, wisdom and joie de vivre, all mixed with determination, courage, and a perhaps a touch of stoicism. These attributes she generously offers to her clients with a smile. She is intelligent and articulate, candid, a communicator, and easily accessible. Suzanne is dedicated to her clients, always endeavoring to exceed their expectations, while living a wonderful life in the Coast of Maine.

Suzanne grew up in the Camden-Rockport area, has ties to Western Maine, and has lived in Bath since 1984. Her many experiences in a broad range of interests as well as her love for friends, family, and peers, have enriched and strengthened her bond to beautiful Maine, especially the Mid Coast area.
